1 Non-Refundable Policy After Activation

After the activation of your subscription, IPTV THE FOX does not offer refunds or make any changes to the subscription. We are responsible only for the activation of the subscription for the agreed period.

2 Eligibility for Refund

Our refund policy applies to all purchases made on the IPTV THE FOX website prior to activation. To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be made before the activation of the service
• The customer must provide proof and evidence of issues with the purchased service
• A valid reason for the refund request must be provided
• The request must be submitted through the IPTV THE FOX customer support team via our website

3 Process for Refund

To request a refund before activation, contact the IPTV THE FOX customer support team through our website. The following steps will be followed:

1. The customer must provide a valid reason for the refund request
2. The customer support team will review the reason and determine eligibility
3. If eligible, the customer will be provided with a refund form to complete
4. The customer must fill out the refund form with all required information
5. The refund request will be processed within five (5) business days
6. Once approved, the customer will be notified via email and the refund will be processed through the original payment method

4 Exceptions

There are certain circumstances where a refund request will not be approved:

• The customer fails to provide a valid reason for the refund request
• The customer requests a refund after the activation of their service
• The customer has violated the Terms and Conditions of IPTV THE FOX
• The customer has a sudden change of mind about our service

5 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are excluded from refunds under any circumstances:

• All trial products
• All reseller products
• Payments made for automatic recurring payment subscriptions
